Welcome to Ovlly! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our sports overlay platform and services. By accessing or using Ovlly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Account Terms
- • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- • You must be at least 18 years old to use Ovlly services
- • One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted
- • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- • Respect the rights of other users and third parties
- • Do not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
- • Report any bugs or security vulnerabilities to [email protected]
Service Usage
- • Use Ovlly overlays for legitimate content creation and streaming
- • Integrate overlays with approved streaming platforms and software
- • Create content that complies with platform community guidelines
- • Use the service in accordance with purchased credit allocations
- • Provide feedback and suggestions for service improvement
- • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our overlay technology
- • Use the service for illegal gambling or betting operations
- • Resell or redistribute overlay access without authorization
- • Interfere with or disrupt the service or other users' access
- • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
Payment & Credits
- • Ovlly operates on a credit-based system for overlay module activation
- • Credits are purchased in packages
- • Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
- • Credit usage is tracked and deducted when overlay modules are activated
- • Different modules may require different credit amounts
- • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and digital wallets
- • Prices are displayed in your local currency where available
- • All sales are final; credits are generally non-refundable

- • Stream modules are fully refundable if overlay URLs are not used to display data
- • Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased
- • Refunds may be considered for technical issues preventing service use
- • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- • Unused credits may be eligible for refund in exceptional circumstances
- • All refund decisions are at Ovlly's sole discretion
Intellectual Property
Ovlly Ownership: All technology, designs, algorithms, and intellectual property related to Ovlly remain the exclusive property of Ovlly and its licensors.
Content Rights: You retain ownership of content you create using Ovlly overlays. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your feedback for service improvement.
Data Sources: Sports data is licensed from third-party providers. You may not extract or redistribute this data outside of Ovlly's intended use.
Trademark: The Ovlly name, logo, and branding elements are protected trademarks and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Service Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Ovlly is not liable for losses due to service interruptions.
Data Accuracy: Sports data is provided by third parties. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee the completeness or correctness of all data.
Third-Party Integration: Issues with streaming platforms, OBS, or other third-party software are outside our control and liability.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims related to Ovlly services is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.
Account Termination
- • You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
- • Unused credits will remain on your account for 30 days after termination
- • After 30 days, terminated accounts and associated credits are permanently deleted
- • You are responsible for downloading any data you wish to retain
- • We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service
- • Serious violations may result in immediate account suspension
- • We will provide 30 days notice for service discontinuation
- • Reasonable efforts will be made to provide data export options
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
Notification: We will notify users of material changes via email and platform announcements at least 30 days before they take effect.
Acceptance: Continued use of Ovlly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Disagreement: If you disagree with updated Terms, you may terminate your account before they take effect.
